FM swim radio, that isn't junk.
Is there such a thing? I've spent too much money on most of the currently available FM capable swim radios. I was going through about 3 radios a year, before they would leak or short or just quit. One of them even melted/fried. And for each radio, I went through approx 3 sets of ear buds, before the wires would break internally and they were useless. I've swam many laps with only one side working, before both sides quit.
I finally gave up about a year ago, and have been listening to bubbles and grunts.
I'm getting the urge to try again. Something with NO WIRES, and FM radio. I'm not interested in shuffles or music files or blue tooth etc, just a simple FM radio for news and talk shows, and possibly live football/baseball games. Does such a thing exist, that might last a year or more? Bone conduction? I swim about 20K-30K a week, all chlorinated pool.
