ISM Cutout Sizes
I, like many of you, currently use an ISM saddle. I feel like I don't have the correct saddle as I still get perennial numbness when in the aero bars even after getting a professional bike fit. It feels like if the cutout was a smidge larger I would better be able to get off of the soft tissue. In general, do the cutout sizes of the ISM saddles change between the models?

Currently:
Height: 6'4" [193 cm]
Weight: 225 lbs [102 kg]
Saddle: ISM Adamo Racing
Main issue: Perennial numbness while in aero bars

I'm looking at the PR 3.0, but want to make sure I'm barking up the right tree.

I would suggest width is a more reproducible/measurable thing than cutout volume. So, you might experiment with bending the tongs in/out. The PR 3.0 is well padded and is pretty wide, but one thing that didn't agree with me as well is the padding on that model kind of comes to a point more than the PN series. https://ismseat.com/help/saddle-dimensions/
