I went down hard at about mile 87. I was not drafting and not in a pack. Went down when i was cut off passing people on their 1st lap; I think I had to move over quickly and my front wheel got caught in a seam in the road. Was in a daze and don't remember what happened all that well. Someone told me later that a guy doing the race who is also a paramedic stopped to make sure I was ok. He took my vitals, determined that I was stable and made sure an ambulance was coming to get me. No idea who this paramedic was, and I would like to thank him. Hoping he reads this, or someone knows who he is. Again mile 87 +/- but this guy may have been on his 1st lap. Thanks, Walter
