If anyone would like to practice on the IMMOO swim course in Lake Monona (chip timed), there is an event sponsored by the "Clean Lakes Alliance" to be held on July 28th 2018. Entrants can choose either the 1.2 or 2.4 mile options. Cost is $50 until 7/17, $60 until 7/25, and $75 day of event. Go to their website - "Clean Lakes Alliance" and click on "Shoreline Swim". Proceeds help sponsor their good work here in Dane County.
