So Ironman Lake Placid is 3 weeks away and my training has been very poor but I’m thinking about going anyways because I desperately need some time away. I live in Raleigh, North Carolina and I’m thinking about just renting a large vehicle, driving up, and camping.
I’ve done six other fulls and this will be the first where I’d be completely winging it and hopefully have some fun and be stress free! If you’re in a similar position, want to travel and/or camp together, hit me up! I’d also be interested in splitting lodging with you if you already have good reservations and are trying to save on some $$.
