What's your experiences with hub greases/lubes?

Is there a good low resistance option?

Cassette body ratcheting mech I use dumonde wet lube and not grease. They make a freewheel lube but I don't use it.

Bearings I use just about any grease. If not sealed and/or loose bearings, anything from Park tools high performance grease to high temp wheel grease.
Most bearings in hubs are sealed so replacing them makes sense. I have been known to repack them but only if replacements aren't available.

Not many hubs can be greased any longer, for the few cup and cone bearings left, any axle grease is fine, you can get a big tub of synthetic at the auto parts for cheap. Something light like tri flow is nice for the freehub, or grease if you already have your hands dirty
