Wheels that came with my bike are something like 30mm. I think they look cool and that's what counts to me :)

Generally train on something cheap and heavy, not deeper than 30 mm, both when alone and in groups.

I switch back and forth from 65mm to 90mm hoops. Use them for both training and racing.

60MM, purely for looks.

Box rims for everything that is not a race. Heck, I use box rims for way more than half the crits I race too.

I use an old zipp 404 rim on the front, and a hed Jet 60 on the back. It's a nice combo. This is for a road bike that is used in group rides, solo training and races.

Box rim for training, nuts deep for racing.
FP60s on Road and Tri Bike.
