I'm on week six since originally straining my hip flexor and can't quite seem to shake this thing. I took the first three weeks completely off and then started swimming again. Running is doable over short distances but anything over 4-5 miles I start to feel it.
Are there any options that can help speed recovery besides completely abstaining from activity? Perhaps light stretching/resistance training?
