It's always hard to make a remote recommendation, and the best thing to do is to sit on lots of different saddles.

The grammar pedant in me is still trying to figure out whether you mean "best new saddle for a female" or "best saddle for a new female". Because the requirements might be different...

If you have a decent fit, the ISM PN 3.0 is almost a no-brainer at this point.
