Your seat is too high. Knee is almost locked and toe is pointed down at the bottom of the pedal stroke. It looks too far forward as well, and I'd bet (there's no way to tell from the video) that your cleats are pushed too far forward on your shoes. The seat position (too high and too far forward) makes it difficult for you to lower the front end and get your back flatter, assuming that's your goal. Even if that's not your goal, you're just adding fatigue to your back and calves in that position, and you're making it harder to engage your glutes in the pedal stroke.

That said, you do a nice job getting small and tight with your arms, shoulders and head. I also appreciate that you're sitting on the saddle where you're supposed to.

Hello
Thank you very much
I think I'm sitting where I should, or at least I'm comfortable in that seat.

Today under the seat 1cm, and I go back to film tomorrow
You see the seat well in advance?
What do you think to do, move the seat back 1cm, or advance the arm rest 1cm?
Thank you

I would lower the seat 2cm to start, and move it 1cm back. I would also lower the front end (pads & bars) 1-2cm to start, but keep the aerobar tilt where it is.

To be clear, I don't think you need more reach, I think your center of gravity is too far forward, placing too much weight on your upper body and making it hard to get the front end lower.

okay
Thank you very much
The front allows me to lower only 1cm, then I can not
Today at night I move the seat back 1cm and I lower it 2cm

I make a new video and tomorrow I add it to this post
Thank you very much

Hi vjohn
i take new video and picture

Seat height lower 1.5 cm, to lower more I need to cut, if it seems that we have to cut it.
front is in the minimum, to lower more would have to do in the turner parts.
and could go down 0.6mm less can not.
supports arms are in the same place.
