Is this just a re-branding of the Vanquish wheels that have been out for a few years? There's nothing I can see on the Hed website that indicates what's different about the "new" RC Pro wheels vs. the "regular" Vanquish wheels they've been selling for a few years.

Second question - is anyone aware of any discounts coming on said wheels? I can't believe that, with everything going on with racing (or lack thereof) at the moment, that we're not seeing crazy deals on discretionary items like race wheels.
