HRZ training in heat?!?

In run training, what is the best way to deal with heat. 1. Suck it up and run during hottest part of day? 2. Run early in the am?
Will either make me a stronger runner? I have learned that living in tropical hell, you eventually get acclimated to the heat. Great, but would it be better to train when it is cooler? My
"A" races are HIM Antwerp and IMFL. IIRC Antwerp is hot, but from what I have found not overly humid. IMFL for the most part is cooler (planning to start run @~6hours).
