He finally found a sport that is not a subsidiary of a WADA linked international governing body... Good thing that they got rid of that old contamination rule...

He should come to Richmond in October for the "Nat Champs". He whooped me in a triathlon in 1988, but I think I've got him this time.

I just reached out to the owners of Otillo to find out if that is true. I am guessing Lance is trying to be funny because Strava took him across the river during a run.
