Grease on Carbon seatpost
I always grease my seatpost as part of my maintenance. Now with my P3 I have this great carbon seatpost - do I grease it the same way as my alu post?

You can...but don't do it. No maker of carbon posts recommends doing so I would not do it. The big reason for greasing any component to alleviate any chance of seizing and carbon won't seize due to corrosion.

Clean the seat tube with any grease cutter and install the seatpost.

Carbon seatposts will absorb any lubrication. Some say that a lubed carbon seatpost can slip.
