Grand Columbian Role Call
Who's in this weekend?

My wife and I are in the "till death do us part" category. :)

This will be my fifth year...and I'm hoping to finally pace that bike course so I don't blow up on the run.

I'll be the slow guy on the black Titanflex. Please wave as you pass. ;)

Me and the GF are in. I was going to do the Half until I broke a toe 6 weeks ago and didn't run for most of the next month. We're in for the Oly. I'd love to see a Titanflex in person though, as I've always lusted after those bikes.

Welcome to the cult. ;)

Please come introduce yourself if you spot me. My bike's likely to be the only TF there.

Bummer on the toe. Good luck in the Oly -- at least you still get to experience the...umm..."joy" of the Almira Grade out of the gorge.

Mike,
Yea, Almira's a fun one. GC was my first half in 2006 and I was looking forward to finding out what improvements I could see this year.

I'll be sure and look for you and the TF.

The forecast is shaping up:

~60F in the morning rising to ~80F in the afternoon for the run in Electric City.

20% Chance of showers.

and, unfortunately:

20 MPH gusts on the bike (at least it's calm in the morning -- the lake should be like glass.)

My fiance Kelly and I are racing. I hope we qualify for iron-partners category. I'm hoping I can stay on her feet on the swim.

Were camping at the high school campground and hoping to have fun and mingle Sat night.

I hope to see you guys there...but, looking at your blog, I hope you're not in my AG. ;)

EDIT: Mrs. MOP and I are at a cabin at Sunbanks Resort tonight. We're bugging out after the race tomorrow.
