Greetings - am in Christchurch for the next few weeks on a teaching assignment, and wasn't able to bring the bike over from the States, so its a good time for a running block? Been running around Hagley Park for the past few days but would like to get out and do some trails in the surrounding area, preferably some with a bit of elevation change and suitable for regular old running shoes. Any recommendations?
