Does anyone know of a good general fitness app that the wife could use with my Kickr? She's not looking for something to make her a good cyclist, just something Peleton/Cyclebar ish for overall health. Thanks!

If she’s looking for general fitness why not have her do a low volume base aerobic plan on Trainer Road and watch movies at the same time.
Also, Peleton has an app just not sure if/how it works with a Kickr.
