I am trying to start with Trainerroad. Downloaded the software. I have the Garmin USB stick which I am trying to connect to my Powertap. It says its "searching" on my laptop but it doesnt pickup the PT. I turned on my Edge 500 to make sure the PT was ok and it picked it up right away.

Any thoughts? (I did spin the cranks)

Yes...it appears that it was the issue. I did not have the agent disabled.
