The pain in the butt issue. Software issues. Suddenly quit working. Did an uninstall and reinstall without any change. Anyone have possible solution?

Update 1809 killed Garmin Express on some machines. You can't just reinstall it. You have to uninstall, delete all the configuration files and data file, restart the computer, and then install Garmin Express. There's an entire tread over in the Microsoft Windows 10 help forum dedicated to the problem.
