Garmin 935 vs 1030 power numbers
I have been using both when I have been cycling and it seems that the 935 is about 15% higher on the power number. I calibrate both before the ride.
The only thing I can think of is that the 935 is not counting zeros. Is there a setting on the 935 that needs to be changed so it counts zeros? Like coasting down a hill.

I don’t know the 935 well, but that would be my first check. Also turn off smart recording on both while you’re at it, if you haven’t already.

All garmin products should have recording zeros as default for power.

Also make sure auto-pause is turned off on both. That will also affect power numbers.

Definitely a setting in the 935. Both are simply loogging the exact same data stream coming from your PM.

Also, this may sound ridiculously simple but make sure you're looking at the same field on both devices, i.e., you 're not looking at instantaneous power on one and 3s or 30s avg. on the other.

I would think it is a setting on the 935 but I can't find it. It looks like the 935 is not recording zeros and I can't find a setting to change that.
