This is how it was last year, no video until late in the bike, and then choppy finish coverage. WTC does not really pour a lot of resources into IMFL for some reason.

Herbert and I were standing at the end of the first swim lap, and as the athletes ran up on the sand and back into the water, Francois gave us a big leap complete with fist-pumping, muscle-flexing. The crowd loved it - big cheers!! I think Herbert got a good photo. Francois seems to be having fun and having a good race!

Weather is fabulous this morning! Much less wind than we've been having, very warm and sunny!
