Fit check please
I've been playing around with my saddle a bit, and finally got myself comfortable on it without going numb.
I feel like Im rocking side to side a bit, and also wondering if my knees are getting too close to my chest.
I also feel somewhat asymetrical, for some reason and not sure why. I have some left knee issues that show themselves in the run so wondering how it looks on the bike. Whenever I've been fitted, the fitter has always been measuring from my right side. Even saddle mapping wouldn't show me dead center on pressure.

Your knees aren't too close to your chest.

Your hips go from level when your left foot is down to tilted right when your right is down. Have you checked for leg length differences, right one being shorter? It could be other imbalances as well.

What frame is that?

Speedmax M , 100mm stem, and 170m cranks

I do have leg length differences though it was about 2 years ago that measurement was done and don't remember the exact number. The fitter didn't feel it was enough for a shim or anything like that.

Follow up: I've had several refittings/checks from the same fitter since then. Last one around 6 months ago

If your left leg is shorter that could explain the way your hips tilt, but maybe it isn't that much of a difference. Old injuries and tight muscles or joints can also cause an imbalance.

Are you primarily trying to resolve the knee pain? What part of the knee hurts? Does it only occur in the later part of the run?

Inside on side of knee cap

At this point in time im doing pre-hab with a PT. Last year was where I had bad issue that solved itself by picking up my cadence and forward lean. I saw a PT then but not entirely sure we accomplished a whole lot then; as I'm progressing into my marathon plan I can tell something is going on with my knee but nothing hurts yet or debilitating.
I have only had the run analysis and eval. Haven't gotten the plan of what muscles need worked, but a common issue he had seen me with a lot of different movements I would do is my left knee would jerk inward a bit. Going down into a squat, in slo mo you can see my knee cave in slightly and then correct. Slight over stride; slight knees touching every now then then; I also have an anterior pelvic tilt problem "running in the backseat"

I'm not a big fan of symmetry for symmetry's sake. You aren't symmetric, so your position on the bike won't be.

In regards to your knee, I recommend:
  • Slide your right cleat laterally a bit - maybe 5 mm to start.
  • Get some orthotics (or new orthotics) in your cycling shoes. Your right knee dives inward as you move through the pedal stroke, and I'm guessing your arch collapsing and a little support will help stabilize your ankle and, in turn, your knee.
