Favorite Song???
Looking for a little help...I am putting together a long run playlist for my training for IM AZ. Please post your favorite song to run/spin/jam-in-the-car to...No real guidelines...Any genre...Can have bad language etc. I listen to just about everything including rap/country/rock/christian/little girl pop music...my ipod has a wide variety of music on it...This has probably been done before, but I thought it would be a fun thread to start...

Some examples...
Staple It Together - Jack Johnson
Skills to Pay the Bills - Beastie Boys
Chicks Dig It - Chris Cagle
Settlin' - Sugarland
She's a Bad Mamma Jamma - Stevie Wonder

Thanks for your suggestions...this should be fun...

justin

If it's not fun...don't do it!!!

This is a bit of a cop-out, but it doesn't seem to matter to me what music is playing. I seem to be able to find an appropriate beat hiding in there somewhere!

Why didn't I retire last year?

I love the song "Landed" by Ben Folds

For some reason, the beat is perfect for running.

I also love "Fighter" by Christina Aguilera.

Push it- Rick Ross is also a good beat

The pot-Tool ...long song but really good for long climbs

The A Team theme song is always a favourite...

My player mainly has Rap/heavy metal. I listen to everything except country. I like to listen to Tupac, prodigy, Pantera, helmet, DMX, old Creed, Eminem, The Cult, Deftones, NIN, and anything else that will get me going at 430am!! There are not many new bands that I care to listen to. If you need an album that goes forever check out Metallica; And Justice for All, it goes on forever......but great to workout to.
