Hello. Here is the info.
I am an ex pro Triathlete ( 4th IMC 2012) that is now an age grouper going to Kona for 40-45 age group .I have worked 17 years as a Kinesiolgist, Trainer and coach. #konatop40
Anyways I usually only train clients and athletes in person as that is the only way to can make changes that lead to proper gains and keep evaluating, but now that I am not working 8-12 hours a day and my clients and athletes cannot come to my group sessions and some are in 14 day quarantine. ( Brag we have been one of the tri top clubs at IM whistler 70.3 last two years, and I think if you go by points per athlete per race we were top 5 in Canada. This is uncomfirned due to the new Ironman site?? And I didn't get to add all are points from Ironman Arizona to the equation.)
I have made youtube videos for them to watch and other to help you out in the pandemic. I am not selling anything. I will get paid again by once everyone is back to normal. This is my way off helping.
Here is my first post a 70- 90 min bike tempo workout with lots of stuff in between.
It's funny and hard so do what you can. They will get harder and better for focus as our group is all missing out on your races so we are going back to short hit intervals soon.

Here is my first strength workout for at home with no equipment. 30 min
https://www.youtube.com/...bdQswCpqfg&t=46s
I will post this videos throughout the Pandemic and make others that cover. How to run better without a Treadmill option. How you can swim better without a pool. How to be faster without trying to hard. Why you can't lose wt with all those miles. And of course your seat is too high.
I will not teach skills like I do with clients and some other info as I have to see what you do wrong first. But anyways enjoy, subscribe and share.
Be safe and see everyone at the race eventually, swimming slow and biking fast due to lifestyle changes.
Technique will always last longer then energy production. Improve biomechanics, improve performance.
