The pituitary grand stops diminishing (and in some cases increases) when you incorporate exercise to inactive people. 5-6 weeks of exercise also showed similar signs as anti depressive pills

Increased circulation, muscle mass, and sleep slow the clinical symptoms of aging through a number of processes over time. The acute effect of exercise on memory has nothing to do with aging.
