You can put a 1/4 turn mounting puck on the bottom of a K-Edge or similar "combo mount" model. The screw spacing for a GoPro mount is identical to that of the 1/4 turn puck.

I bought a simple quarter turn mount and drilled/tapped some holes on my stem cover. My garmin is mounted on my aero bars on a barfly mount.

Mounting depends on your bike a lot... I have a Trek Speed Concept.
