Anybody struggle with elbow pain?
I've heard plenty of stories about shoulder issues. My shoulders feel fine.
But right elbow in particular is achy--not a sharp pain when I'm swimming, but kind of sore to the touch afterwards. Don't know if this is because I had 3 months off, due to COVID, and I'm now ramping back up too fast?
Any things about a person's technique that might cause or mitigate elbow pain?
