I've been a long time advocate of Sustained Energy for my long training days and IM races for the past five years. Never tried anything else and been an advocate of Hammer as well. I've never had an GI issues with Sustained Energy and only issues have been marginal taste and some pretty nasty H20 bottles when I forget to wash them out after a ride.
Long story short, girlfriend (and triathlete) suggested that I use/try EFS, and switch from Sustained Energy. I looked into and and seems the research make a lot of sense about Amino Acids vs. Proteins and seems to taste a whole lot better as well. Before making a change for 2010, I was wondering what others have to say that may have, or are in the process of, switching nutrition and those that may be using EFS, their product line of supplements, and their thoughts on it. If I'm going to make a switch now during the off season is the best time I would suspect.
Thanks in advance.
