ECG results = Early Repolarization Pattern

just saw the results from our yearly annual physical, seeing a cardio as well but wanted to research about it before i go, cannot seem to find anything that is easy to understand. Tried searching the forum as well but nada.
normal sinus rythmn
early repolarization pattern
46 yr old and going on my 26th season this year, ave training hours in the 5-8 hr range each week
any idea/s what it is

I am a physician. I am not giving you medical advice. I am trying to be a remote temporary friend. In a very brief search, I found the lay health interpretations to be reasonable. Get comfortable with terms like "benign" and "normal variant" and remain open to the small but real chance of meeting your maker at any moment. I will try to be at peace as well. Train on.

and this annual was from last January, raced in late Feb and if not for a calf strain will be racing again this June. Still going to the Cardio as they need me to submit a form saying i`m fit to work as well. At least our card will be paying for the tests.
