Dura-Ace bottom brackets???
I was looking at Supergo and they advertise that the DA bottom bracket has completely sealed bearings. When I was at the Endurosport open house last November and talked with a Shimano rep, he suggested that the DA bottom brackets required more servicing than the Ultegra and recommended getting DA cranks and ultegra bottom bracket. Is this still valid or do the 2003 DA bottom brackets require less maintenance?

The Shimano rep is right, Supergo is wrong. Get the Ultegra BB. It's a better unit.

Yes, the 7700 DA bottom bracket does require more service than the Ultegra cartridge bb. Still, I've had no problems with the DA one and personally like the ability to service and adjust it, kind of makes me feel safe that it is working as good as it should.

If you have English bb threads you could try the 7710 DA track bb. It is a cartridge bearing unit with sealed bearings:
