Haven't tried any of these VERY popular supplements, but thinking of it. Anyone try or recommend a specific brand?

Yes. Definitely helps me especially when I stay to fade after a couple of hours. Call me crazy but I use C4. I don't use it all the time, but I'll throw it in my water on some of those longer trainer rides.

From someone who spent many years in a gym and wasted many thousands on supplements you could get the same benefit from a couple of nodoz at a small fraction of the price.

I use it for the creatine and caffeine. Find me something cheaper than 14 dollars from Kroger.

This product has banned doping ingredient that is meth based. Just drink coffee or red bull!

You're not supposed to take pre-workout for endurance sports homes!

And caffeine- you can get around 250mg worth for like $12!
That’s a LOT of doses. Face it-supplement companies are con artists.

Not exactly a pre-workout, but what I use for morning workouts since I don't eat before anything shorter than an hour.

They ship to the US? Also, can you find me a flavor additive so it doesnot taste like chalk? I like fruit punch.
