nope.
if you're interchanging wheels between 2 or more bikes, you will want to make sure the rotors are all spaced the same distance from the dropout, so you don't get rubbing. You may even want to use the same type of rotors, to be sure they are all the same thickness. (most are interchangeable, but some are a little different.)
But as for the brake pad, they're all fine, as long as the rotors you are using aren't rated for resin pads only and you are using metallic pads.
