Bugger his VO2 max, training mileage, height and weight, the important stat we all want to know is how fast can he run a half while dressed in a panda costume.

Good read. It’s amazing how much training and racing he’s able to do while working 40 hour/week job without getting injured. I’m jealous.

More the frequency and quality of his racing rather than his training volume. His training mileage isn't that much. Less than 100 miles a week. Plenty of slower and less talented runners squeeze in that around a full-time job.
