Im on some old 808`s (front and back) and can't afford a disc wheel. I can however afford a disc cover but I am not certain how to measure cassette clearance, rim width and how to check the hub compatibility. Anyone out there who can help a sucker out :)?

I think if you email Wheelbuilders (disc cover maker I've been buying mine from), they will tell you what you need. I also have an old 808 with a powertap hub and had to ask them which of theirs fits before I ordered.
