What dietary supplements do you take? Any recommendations? I was browsing a triathlon magazine yesterday and saw numerous ads for supplements, including one that had some testimonials (one of them was from Slowman). I am confused about which ones to try, if any.
I eat a rather healthy diet (whole grains, fruits & veggies, moderate fat intake - mostly good fats, etc.). I have had some decent success at short-course racing over the past few years and am in the process of increasing my training time in order to support my upcoming season long-course racing goals. Would supplements help someone like me?
