Cycling Short Question'Replacing?
I ride on a trainer. i am using a pair of bib shorts I bought 2 years ago. I'd say I put 10-12 hours a week on those two pair of shorts.

Anyway here recently, I get a lot of heat and a rash on my under carriage. Body glide doesn't help, This ain't like chaffing.

It seems like a heat rash and goes away when I get off the bike, but it makes for an almost tearful ride about 30 minutes in.

Nothing has changed. Do you think new shorts will solve this problem?

Could be anything - could be Tinea, which could be to related to not keeping your bibs clean.

Not sure if this could be related to aging? Random hormonal changes that leave you responding to familiar stimuli in new and uncomfortable ways?

Are you able to add a fan that points at your saddle? Maybe some moving air will help?

To breathe, to feel, to know I'm alive.

I do have a fan pointing at saddle. It doesn't hurt. Its more of a burning.... Like when some one gives you an Indian burn. That kind of feeling.
