While at Oceanside two weeks ago I asked the Felt team if they could help me with my fork cover on my IA that didn't fit just right. They said sure and I left my bike with them. When I came back they had replaced my chain, totally disassembled and cleaned my front and rear brakes and basically given me a complete tuneup. It seems that some idiot (me) in the process of waxing his chain had not noticed that a bushing had slipped out at the quick link. The same idiot (me) had not cleaned all the sealant out of his brakes after a flat on his tubeless wheels. They likely saved my race. Charge $0. Wouldn't even take a tip. Super nice folks.
