I had a HORRIBLE run this morning. WTF, why am I even calling it a run, it was a trot, if that. FUUUUUUUUCK!!! I wanted to push everyone who passed me into the freezing cold waters of the Newport Beach Back Bay (and I pictured myself doing it). I got in my car mad and drove off and started banging my head against my headrest. Oh the people next to me looked like I needed to go back to the looney bin and pealed off as soon as the light turned green, I'm sure they were thinking "these crazy Californians. Get me back to Kanas!". Then of course I needed my "fix" of Diet Coke, because I had SUCH AN AWESOME RUN!!! FML. Poor chick at Bristol Farms, again gave me the "this chick must have escaped the mental farm" look when I ordered a "large diet coke, but please put a little ice then squeeze a lemon, then more ice, to the top, the another lemon, not squeezed, then diet coke". Then I got in my car looked at my diet coke and thought "I don't deserve this, this is for people who KNOW HOW TO TRAIN"....I proceeded to drive home, barely able to see, I was crying so hard that I was a complete failure and convinced myself I had no business doing triathlon. Oh god, I feel tears forming again....WAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!

after a once-in-a-decade strength hangover on Monday, my Tuesday 2x20 workout was more like a 10',3',5',5' workout. Broke down ever single time. Worst workout in recent memory... waaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhhh

Can't run, ITBS. 10 days ago I nailed an IM, today, can't run . . . . SUCKS.

Frekin' sick for three full weeks!!!! Can't kick this nasty virus. I don't feel terrible enough to stay home from work (although my co-works would like me to) but the hack is constant. Whaaaayyyyy!

Just getting back on the trainer after tri season and off season 45 minutes continual pedaling and i feel like im dying. Need a fan and a lot more work.

Woke up with some dude off his face in my bedroom at 3am this morning, totally ruined my planned morning swim having to get him out then deal with the police.....wahhhhhh

Didn't PB on my last 70.3 race because I was sleep deprived, dehydrated and broken from the mind blowing marathon sex I had the night before.... wahhhhhh!!!

All my run shorts were dirty cause I've been running so much, and my wife won't do laundry. Had to run 7 miles in my tri shorts like a little geek. My shorts came untied and the drawstring was too long and slipped down into chamois and rubbed me raw without me realizing it.

Now i have a stripe of red and hairless Scrotum and taint. WAHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!

I was undertrained for my 25k ..... wahhhh

I tried to run it anyway with my wife and could only keep up with her for the first 9miles ....wahhhhhh

Aftewards I couldn't walk straight for 2 weeks.... WAHHH

Now I can walk fine, but 1 minute of running and my ankle hurts, and I'm limping within .5 miles .... WAHHH

Screwed my chance of doing my first Marathon in January ... WAHHHHH

Now I have to find a) a doctor, b) time to see the doctor, c) Money to pay the doctor.....FML... I mean WAHHHHHHHH

I'm ok with being a slow fat recently vanity sized out of clydesdale BOPer. But now i went and let my wife beat me at the 25k! (I'll ignore the fact that she is 12 years younger than me and been running for 2 decades longer than I have). WAHHHHH
