Critique my fit

Hello,
I am looking for some advice on my self-fit. Here is a video of my indoor set up. I am training for Ironman Frankfurt (currently postponed to late September but I suspect that might turn into 2021). All advice very welcome.

You are very, very slack. I'd roll your position around the BB a good bit to make it steeper. This would entail moving your saddle forward (in conjunction with moving it up a bit), and moving your armrests and extension forward (and probably down).
