OK...this is NOT an attempt to start the whole creatine debate ..again...
This may be better suited for a bodybuilding forum of some kind...but since I dont know any and ST has some great knowledge and experience...here goes:
I have a buddy of mine (really) who is hitting the weights hard with an upcoming summer wedding (again, not me - I'm happily married for almost 9 yrs) - he is trying to add some bulk/mass and is planning to use creatine to help with the bulk/pump/recovery...
His question -- since he is aware that there will be some weight gain with creatine -- how long does it take to "lose" the water gain -- that is, if he stops use...how many weeks until the body is "normal" again??
