Has anyone tried this product or anything like it as a preworkout drink? I am just looking for something to use in the offseason or before strength training sessions.

Going long next year and I do not want to risk injury. I am already pretty lean at 177cm and 69kg. That being the case, I am not afraid to put on a few lbs in exchange for injury resistance.
