Combining suplements

Hey all! Supplement noobie and first year triathlete here.

Over the past year of training I have been playing around with a variety of different supplements. Cytomax, GU Roctane, Honey Stinger, AltRed ect.

I just started to bring in AltRed into the rotation on longer 3hr+ rides in addition to GU Roctane & Cytomax, I have felt great and consistently improving. I am essentially just going with my gut feeling I figured it be better off to check with people who know more about what they are doing to make sure I am not going overkill on the supplements in an unhealthy way.

I know GU Roctane + Cytomax have similar carb benefits and from my knowledge AltRed seems to to work in a totally different way. I am prepping for a 70.3 next month in FL and want to make sure all these supplements dont put me into a position to tank towards the end because they dont mix great together.
