I just bought a mountain bike - 2019 Cannondale Scalpel Si Carbon 2. I run 165mm cranks on the rest of my bikes and am trying to get the same set up there. I found Shimano XTR 9100 crank arms but haven’t bought them yet because I’m not positive they’ll fit. I normally just go to the bike shop because I’m the worlds worst mechanic but can’t with Covid. Will those cranks fit my bike and, if not, what other options are there for me?

What type of bottom bracket does your frame have?
I'm pretty sure that bike comes with a SRAM X01 crank which is a BB30a and that bike is a pressfit.
I'd contact https://cannondaleexperts.com/ and ask them for a bottom bracket to fit.
Your XTR is going to be a hollowtech II 24mm spindle. I don't know the exact spacing for a BB30 but I'm thinking 9mm on the drive side.
