Does anyone have any experience working with Canyon on a warranty claim? A little over a week ago following an uneventful ride, I noticed a sizable crack on the seat stay where it meets the seat tube. The bike is about 14 months old, is well cared for, and has never been crashed.
My question is if anyone has had similar issues with a Speedmax and if anyone has any insights into what to expect from Canyon's customer service? I filed a claim a little over a week ago but have not heard back. I did call yesterday and they said they are looking into it.
