I think you you can on shimano but I was wondering about SRAM Force. Does anybody have the answer.

You mean b-tension? Look for a screw in this location

What do you mean by tension? You can remove a link from the chain which will “tighten up” the rear derailleur if there’s too much slack...if you’re referring to that

Sorry should have been more clear. The tension on the cage and pulleys. Obviously not to the point of having a clutch but more than normal. I no there's a thread in here that we discussed shimano..
