CT SPIN SCAN
I'm a new CT user I've done about 12 session on the CT so far. I average about a 72 spin scan, if i really hurt myself i can get the number to about 75 for short time. Every thing I read talks about a flat torque profile is better. The scan show the Lt. leg as a nice little hill with it doing most of the power output, while the Rt. leg has more of a flat look to the profile and less power output. Does anyone know of any good drills or tips that would help change this.I have a nice even looking profile when climbing the big grades of 8% or higher then I average a high 70s with the scan.
