Bike fit conundrum

So I just recently changed my bike fit ever so slightly--seat up 3mm, seat back 3mm. This position feels so much better on my quads, hamstrings, and hips. However, now the tendon in my big toes and both of my Achilles' are acting up. Is there any way to fix this without lowering the seat again?

The only way to avoid disappointment is to not try anything at all.
