I am now 3 mos. out from IMC. I am behind in my training on the bike due to work related issues. I have done several IM's and ride in the 5:40- 6hr range. I should be able to get the weekly long ride in on the weekend but likely only 2 other rides during the week in the 1-1.5 hr range. Not ideal but it's what it is.
My question is what should I do for these 2 rides to get the best gains? Trainer, spinervals, hill repeats etc. ( I do have a Powertap).
