Bianchi San Jose
So I'm already looking forward to doing a lil cross this fall after B2B. The XS800 is on it's 6th year and is about to be sold/retired.

I saw a San Jose and thought a SS Cross bike/Urban Assault bike would be pretty sweet. Rack and fenders for commuting, strip it down and do some SS cross.

Anyone ride a SS cross bike? Or even this SS crosss bike?

I have a San Jose that I use for a winter bike and to race CX. Every time I do a CX race I start thinking about buying a bike with gears. Actually racing SS has worked out really well. It gives me an excuse for being slow and keeps me from getting too wrapped up in CX racing.

It's a really nice, very versatile bike at a good price. If you think you are going to want to be competitive in cross, it probably isn't the best choice, it's pretty heavy.
