Run. Frequently. Sometimes hard, mostly easy. Don’t get hurt. Your posts feel like spam.

I was going to say: Long intervals.
Like 3 x 1800 miles each on one year.

I was thinking an NCAA Div 1 scholarship would be more like 4x3000 miles (60 mile weeks including down time) so I think this should be the rough required interval set. Likewise, from what I understand the rough swim interval set is 4x1500 miles (30 mile weeks including down time)....does that cover it?
